Let me start this by saying that I am not someone who loves beans. I’m not a baked beans fan, I’m not a chickpea fan and I am definitely not a lentil fan!
So when I found this recipe online I was a bit dubious about it but I thought “oh what the hell, I’m sure I have a tin of black beans in the pantry, let me give this a try!”
So without further ado here’s what you will need!

I am so glad I decided to venture out of my comfort zone with this burger because I was so pleasantly surprised! This is my new favorite veggie burger and I don’t think that will change any time soon!
Note to self : put 5 tins of black beans on the shopping list!
